How to use this Document:

      

Getting to know the training center:

      The EPR Help Center is a place where new and experienced users can come to have access to helpfully Knowledge Base Articles, Training Center for new users, register for upcoming training opportunities, view previous training classes, submit a support ticket and so much more!

Getting to know the fireworks database:

      This is your fireworks database which contains all the purchased modules.  This section explains how to log in and then navigate around your system.

Management Modules (Back Office)

Initial admin set for new departments that covers how to create new users, editing apparatuses, streets, and much more.

Dashboards

Dashboards allow you to view information from all the modules within your EPR FireWorks System. 

Fire Module

Basic NFIRS setup for departments as well as completing a NFIRS Report and fire investigations. The Fire Module includes admin setup and web end-user documents.

NFIRS Export

NFIRS Export shows the admin how to properly submit NFIRS reports to the state fire marshal's office.

Fire Alarm Report

The false alarm fire reporting guide will show you how to create a false fire alarm and properly document this in your report. 

Investigations

The investigations and admin investigations setup show how to add specific settings as well as how to complete the NFPA 921 Investigation. 

Hydrants

Hydrant admin setup will show how to create hydrants and their tests, settings, and how to schedule hydrant tests. Hydrant Web End-User walks through how to complete a hydrant test. 

Properties/Preplans

In the property and preplan sections, you can see admin setup for custom information, settings, and how to schedule preplans. In the web end-user, it walks the user through how to complete a preplan.

Inventory

Admin inventory will walk the user through creating an item and how to assign that item to a truck or person. Web End-User will show how to complete an inventory check on an apparatus or in a warehouse. 

Maintenance

Admin maintenance will walk the user through creating a maintenance check on an apparatus. Web End-User will show how to complete a maintenance check on an apparatus or in a warehouse. 

LMS Training

Admin setup for training show the user how to create templates, categories, and certifications. The Web End-User will show how to take training classes and how to add them to the calendar. 

BI (Business Intelligence)

BI will show the user how to pull out critical data as well as build their own reports in report generator.
