LMS/Training Overview

User Center

User Center is used for the individual user to track their progress of training and training hours throughout the year. 
  1. Ability for a user to track their Activities, Assignments, Courses, and Certifications by date range.
  2. Ability for users to self-register for an activity or assignment by selecting all activities or all
  3. assignments.
  4. My history gives the user the ability to view and pull training hours by activity, assignment, and
  5. courses.
  6. User can export using Microsoft Excel to grab training hours for that user.


Calendar 

This page allows you to view the Calendar which will show events scheduled out for either an Activity,
Assignment, or Note.
  1. (Red Box) Ability to view the Calendar daily, weekly, or monthly.
  2. (Blue Box) Ability to view on duty staff if roster is setup.
  3. (Yellow Box) Ability to view all events or filter by Activity, Assignment, or Note.
  4. (Orange Box) Ability to view all events or only personnel assignments.
  5. (Green Box) Ability to add an activity or assignment to the calendar.




Today


This Page allows you to view today’s events on the calendar and view or edit the bulletin board.
  1. You can create a Bulletin Board (Permission Based) by clicking add board.
  2. You can create multiple bulletin boards.
