Preplan Setup for Administrators 

Accessing the Admin Back Office

To enter the Admin Login side of the Fireworks system you will click on your profile picture in the top right corner which will pull up profile details.

 

Property Settings

In the Properties setting section you will have a couple settings which will allow the department the ability to customize what options they would like to see in the Pre Plan section on the end user side.
  1. Property Status- Ability to list out the status of a property while doing the pre plan.
  2. Property Permit Types- Ability to track permit types in pre plan.
  3. Property Permit Status- Ability to track the permit status in the pre plan.
  4. Emergency Markers- Ability to create a list of markers that will on show on Response Mode.
  5. Floor List- Ability to create a floor list for the pre plan in which you can add markers to each floor.
  6. Property Contact Types- Ability to create a list of contact types to be used in the pre plan.
  7. Custom Markers- Ability to create a list of custom markers to be added to map view in the pre plan.
  8. Hide Markers- Ability to hide markers not being used by the department in the pre plan.
  9. Hide Marker Groups- Ability to hide marker groups not being used by the department in the pre plan.


Creating a New Property

To create a new property in Admin you will select the New Property button which will pull up a blank page to enter the new property details for the new property.

In this page you will have the option to select if this property requires an inspection or a pre plan. You will also be able to set the inspection level for this new property and you can fill out information for the property at the bottom of the page.



Once you have created a property, ensure that you create a preplan and/or an inspection if the property requires one. 

Viewing Existing Properties

To view an existing property in the admin side of Fireworks you will select the Follow-up Property button at the top which will pull up a page of all current properties in the database.
From this page to access a property you will double-click on the property number to access details of the specific property.



Assigning Preplans to Users

To assign out preplans in Admin you will click on the Pre-Plan Assignment button at the top of the screen.
This screen will appear which will allow you to assign out a preplan by Inspector, Station/Shift, Apparatus, and Apparatus/Shift.

Red Box- Assignment section of who the pre-plan will be assigned to.
Yellow Box- You this to show preplans from certain due date criteria.



To assign out a pre-plan you will first select who the assignment needs to go to. Then a box will appear in which you can assign out one or multiple preplans to that assignment.



Preplan Categories

To access Pre-plan categories you will select the button for Pre-Plan Categories which will populate a page to build out custom fields to document information in the pre-plan.
  1. To create a custom field we will first create a Main topic by double clicking on the Main Topic button.
  2. Main topic names will appear on the end user side as the custom field header.
  3. Once you have a name you can then start to build out the custom field
To add a topic, double click in the topic box.



Once you have created the Main topic you will select it from the list and then start to build out the custom field like the example below.



For the custom field to show on the front side make sure to click the checkbox for Tactical Summary.
