MIH (Mobile Integrated Health) Admin Setup

MIH in Admin

  1. To locate the MIH module in Admin Backoffice first the user must be able to access the Admin side of Fireworks.
  2. Once on the Admin side of Fireworks find the MIH ribbon on the top right which will show all the available settings and different MIH tables.


MIH Settings

  1. The MIH Settings inside the MIH Admin module are as follows:
    1. MIH Client Types- Ability to give categories to clients
    2. MIH Visit Outcome- Ability to track outcomes of the MIH visits
    3. MIH Visit Types- Ability to give categories for the type of visit the user is conducting
    4. MIH Client Status- Ability to track the status of a MIH client
    5. MIH Checklists- Ability to create checklists that can be assigned a visit to make sure certain criteria is met on a visit
    6. MIH Activities- Ability to track activities related to the MIH visit
    7. MIH Contact Types- Types of contacts for the MIH client
    8. MIH Referral Sources- Ability to track who referred the client to MIH


Clients

  1. The follow up client table gives the user the ability to view clients and the status, last visit, next visit and basic contact information for them.
  2. To access a specific client you can simply double click on the client name.
  3. This will allow you to view specific information for the client and update any information.
  4. To set up visits with a client you will have to add the client to the client list first.
  5. To add a new client, you will select the new client button which will pull a blank page to enter client’s information

Visits

  1. The follow up visit table gives the user the ability to view visits with clients and the status of those visits.
  2. To access a specific visit, you will double click on the visit #.
  3. This will pull up the visit details of that specific visit.
  4. In this page is where the MIH Checklists that you create will appear and be used.
  5. You may also pull information from a NFIRS or ePCR report and tie that report to the visit escalated to a call report.

Assigning Visits

  1. In the Visit Assignment table you will have the ability to assign out visits to your staff in fireworks related to client visits.  
    1. You may assign out one or more at a time once you select from the preferred staff dropdown.
