Begin by clicking the "plus" box and enter in a dashboard name. Next click "add."

Now, click the "add widget" button.

Now, do the following:

Depending on the widget that you have selected, they may have different editing and filtering options.

You also can change the size, move around, and delete widgets. 

To begin, click on the gold and white lock beside your dashboard name.

You will now notice a small "red X" in the top right corner of each widget. You may drag to make bigger or smaller, click to drag the widgets around to adjust the location, or click the "red X" to delete. 

Make your changes.

Now, lock your dashboard in place by clicking on the lock icon again.

Permissions can be determined by the admin for each user under the "users and persmissions" section, or by a "user profile."
