Also, attached below are several templates that can be used to import your data into your EPR FireWorks System. Each has their own set of directions that need to be followed to ensure a seamless import process.
Do not change or adjust any of the columns within the templates!
Mutual Aid Departments
- List the FDID Number and the department name.
Mutual Aid Apparatuses
Mutual aid apparatuses can be added into your system manually or via CAD if your Dispatch Center provides that information to your department.
- Unit ID- Must match what the unit is labeled as in CAD.
- Apparatus Type Code- 11, 12, 60
- If unsure what the NFIRS type code for that apparatus is, please follow this link. Only provide the code number.
- Personnel- List the total number of personnel that may respond on the apparatus. If unknown or is subject to change, this can be left blank.
- Primary Use- Fire, EMS, Rescue, Other
