Properties

Properties List and Inspections

When clicking Switch to Map View in the Properties List or Inspections - List, multiple properties in the same location (such as malls and apartment buildings) now appear under the same location marker. These icons are marked with the number of properties in that location, just as in Map View.

To view these properties, click the marker on the map. The properties will appear as a list.

Training

Custom fields

We changed Dynamic Fields to Custom Fields throughout the entire Training module for purposes of consistency across the system.

Admin Center > Validation

You can now reject validations for assignments, activities, and courses. Rejection will reopen the assignment, activity, or course, with a message explaining the reason for rejection.
There are multiple ways to reject validation, as follows:
  1. Admin Center > Validation: To reject a validation, in the Reject all colum, click  next to the item you need to reject.

  2. Admin Center > Activities/Assignments/Courses: You can reject courses, assignments, and activities in the respective user rows.

  3. Admin Center > User Center: You can reject activities, courses, and assignments directly from the trainee's personal training profile in the User Center.

All rejected activities, assignments, and courses will appear in the User Center.

Edit course assignment time allocation

You can now adjust the time spent on completed activities and assignments, rather than just the entire course. After completing a course assignment or activity or marking it as done, a dialog box with the time and dates will open. Adjust the dates and times according to the time actually spent on the assignment or activity. When finished, click OK.

Admin Back-Office

ePCR

Master Patients List
To avoid patient duplicates within the ePCR module, we added the Show Suspected Duplicates button to Master Patients List
By clicking Show Suspected Duplicates, the system will display all suspected duplicates currently in the list. Suspected duplicates are color-coded according to similarity. Patients with the highest similarity are shown in a darker shade, while those with lower similarity are displayed in lighter shades of the same color.

To merge duplicates, click Merge. In the Merge Suspected Duplicate window, click Select to the left of the duplicate you want to merge.

The merged patient is displayed for confirmation at the bottom of the window. Click Complete Merge.
