Updating Caller Info in Manually created Incidents

This guide will show you how to add update the Caller Info sections in Incidents that were created manually on the website.

 

CAD info that was entered manually can be edited if the report is in Draft or Reopened status.

 To edit the info, you must access the Incident from the Incident List, and reopen the Incident Header window by pressing the blue numeral in the CAD# column.



The Incident Header window is identical to the one that opens when creating an incident manually.

In it – you can edit the Caller Information fields.

 

 When done, press Save.
