StaffWorks 2.0 Basic Overview

StaffWorks 2.0


Once you are logged into your EPR FireWorks account, navigate to StaffWorks within the top menu ribbon. This will open a separate window that will open StaffWorks.


Once you are in StaffWorks and need to navigate back to EPR FireWorks, there are two ways that you can accomplish this. 

Return to click on the first open window that has FireWorks open. 


The second way is to click on the Dashboard tab within the StaffWorks System. 



Basic Functions

Quick Buttons

On the right corner of the screen, the user as the ability to view the dashboard, weather, view messages, view your notifications, view links, and profile information. 

StaffWorks Menus

The basic menus are seen here. Located below the EPR FireWorks Logo and the top ribbon menus.


Alert
Some things may be different for the users as these things are available based on your departments permissions.

Scheduling

Scheduling allows to the user to see the calendar view in three different ways, time stamps and time cards, time off requests, shift swaps, open and available shifts and much more. 
                       

Schedule Admin

In the scheduling admin section, time off approvals, editing and changing time stamps and mass time off requests can be done.

Operations

Operations is where the bulk of the system setup is configured as well as mass messaging. 

Resources

Resources is used for admin reports, review of SOG/SOP, and help guides.

Users

In the users section, the admin can see and the users within the department.
