Templates
Also, attached below are several templates that can be used to import your data into your EPR FireWorks System. Each has their own set of directions that need to be followed to ensure a seamless import process.

Do not change or adjust any of the columns within the templates!
Apparatus
- AppID - The units callsign for the apparatus (E1, R1, LAD1)
- Description - Give the name of the apparatus (Engine 1, Rescue 1, Ladder 1)
- NFIRSTypeCode - If unsure what the NFIRS type code for that apparatus is, please follow this link. Only provide the code number.

- StationNumber - Both numeric and text can be added
- InService - Is the vehicle actively in service responding to calls.
- Only provide "yes" or "no" text
- IsSuppression - Does the apparatus have suppression capabilities
- IsEMS- Does the apparatus have EMS medical capabilities
- FleetNumber - Used if you department has an internal fleet number for tracking purposes
- CAD Unit Description - This must match what your Dispatch Center has your apparatus listed as in CAD if applicable.
- External Scheduling ID - If your department uses a 3rd party scheduling service, this must match what you have your apparatuses

Required fields are the AppID, Description, NFIRSTypeCode, and IsSuppression.
Staff
- Email- Is required for users that need to log into the system. The email must be valid as well if you would like the user to receive system emails.
Streets/Cities
- Name- Only insert the name the on the street not the entire street name (Main) and not N. Main St

Do not enter single address points in the streets section.
- Fullstreet- Include the entire street name as N. Main St
