In 2019 I decided it was time for a change and found a career that allowed me to continue being a firefighter but also allowed me time to be an fire inspector. I have since worked for this Fire marshal office since starting in 2019 and have completed both Fire inspector level 2 and Fire investigator technician since. In 2011, Will made the decision to return to his roots, joining the fire department as a career firefighter/EMT. Through hard work and dedication, he rose through the ranks, eventually earning the title of fire captain. Will's commitment to the field extended beyond his daily duties, as he found a passion for emergency reporting. This led him to collaborate with EPR-Fireworks, where he uses his expertise to help other departments improve their emergency response and reporting capabilities. Will also holds an AAS degree in Emergency Management and many fire service and law enforcement certifications.
