Mapping Infectious Disease incidents (COVID 19) in BI

In the Browser: Go to the BI tab and select “Search Chart”.

The bottom of the search page select page 5. On page 5 select “Analysis by CAD event type”.

*Also You can point to the BI dropdown and point to Incident Trends ---- Analysis by CAD event Type (should be the first on the list).*

· To filter for infectious diseases, we are going to organize the categories first. Click the upper right icon to go into the filter options.

· Click off the ABC, then click back on the ABC to order the categories alphabetically.

Confirm that the categories are in order alphabetically, then close the filter panel.

· Click the options bar to the upper right of the graph.

· Select Check/Uncheck all” to remove all categories.

· Click the down arrow to page 3 of the categories. This contains all 4 of the infectious disease topics.

· Select the 4 Infectious Disease categories.

· Confirm your chart looks like this, then click the options bar again to display on the map.

Then select “Map view”

· You should have a screen like this screen after.
