Maintenance Overview

Maintenance Module gives the ability to complete an Maintenance Check for an apparatus, department item, or a assigned item to the staff member. In this overview we will go over options for completing a maintenance check. 

Maintenance Module Layout



Maintenance- List of all apparatus or warehouses that have an Maintenance check for them. These checks can be Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual. 




  1. In the Maintenance list you will select the "Check Type" then click on the Apparatus/Warehouse ID as seen in the Red Box to access the Maintenance check. 
You must select or have the check type selected before entering the maintenance check for that apparatus or warehouse. 



The following fields are lasted under the Maintenance Section:
  1. Date: In the top left corner is a date field, this will default to the current date. There are forward and backwards arrows that will allow you to move forward and backward to view previously completed maintenance checks. (Yellow Box)
  2. Maintenance Checks: In the top right corner are shortcuts to go to specifically established maintenance checks; Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually. (Red Box)
  3. Assigned To: List the station that the vehicle or warehouse is assigned to. (Orange Box)
  4. Current Mileage, Current hours: Are to record the current mileage and hours of the vehicle. (Green Box)
  5. Type of Maintenance: The specific maintenance item to be checked (Blue Box)
  6. OK: if the item checks out OK (Pink Box)
  7. Not OK: If the item is not working properly (Pink Box)
  8. Not Checked: If the item was not checked  (Pink Box)
  9. Remarks: An area for you to provide comments on an item if necessary. (Brown Box)
  10. Attachments: Files and images of maintenance issues can be attached. (Black Box)



Once you have completed the Maintenance Check at the bottom you can submit the Maintenance check or email the Maintenance check.
