iOps 360 Integration

iOps 360 Integration

iOps 360

iOps360 has a variety of APIs that can be used to send schedule information to
variety of 3rd party software platforms. The FireWorks API allows iOps360 to
automatically update FireWorks with the latest schedule changes to auto-fill the
RMS with the current crews for each apparatus.
Setting up the FireWorks API is a quick process.
From iOps360, click on “Features” -> “Integrations”
Click on the “Scheduling” tab and select “FireWorks”
Paste the link into FireWorks API in the Management Console
If you have any trouble finding the link, contact any member of iOps360 to
assist.
FireWorks may need “Mapping” files of the Units and the Users to ensure they are
able to match up the iOps360 resources with the FireWorks resources (ie iOps calls
the unit “Engine1” and FireWorks calls it “E-1”.
These files are available on the “Integrations” -> “Scheduling” -> “Schedule
Export (FireWorks)” menu.
Contact any member of the iOps360 team for additional assistance.

If you require any assistance in setting up the iOps 360 to Fireworks integration, please reach out to support.
