EPR FireWorks Documentation – Inventory & Maintenance Interface Overview

Overview

This guide explains the Inventory & Maintenance module's interface components and navigation tools. Understanding these elements helps you work efficiently across all functions during shifts.

Primary Interfaces

The module provides five specialized interfaces accessible through the main navigation:

  1. Inventory Interface: Manage department equipment, track item locations, and monitor inventory levels across all stations and apparatus.
  2. Maintenance Interface: Schedule preventive maintenance and monitor equipment maintenance status.
  3. Work Orders Interface: View, assign, and update maintenance work orders. Track repair progress and completion status.
  4. Item Checks Interface: Perform routine safety checks, document equipment condition, and identify maintenance needs.
  5. My Items Interface: Access personal equipment assignments and track individual responsibilities.

Interface Navigation

All interfaces use the same list-based approach. You start with list displays showing your equipment, checks, or work orders, then click rows to access specific functions or details. The following guides explain the specialized tools and features available within these lists:
