Instructions to adding other positions/roles of your personnel in the apparatus
In the desktop App, Go to the Scheduling module---scheduling settings--Roster positions.
In Roster Position, click on the bottom line to add a new position.
After you type in the description, select exit.
After you exit, go back in to ensure that the new position is now in the drop-down, with a code next to it. Exit after.
Now it will be available in the Web app under Position/Role.

Narrow roster for shift scheduling
For those who are trying to schedule and you are seeing everyone in the roster, but only want to see the employees for a specific shift. Checking this will only show those who are members of the titled shift.
