After verifying property information, proceed with marking the property for fire safety:
Adding Markers
Step 1: Accessing Markers
Navigate to
Property Info > Map View.

- Click Add.
- Select your desired marker category from the dropdown menu.


Note: While markers can be added from property and inspection pages, we recommend adding them through the pre-plan screen.
Step 2: Adding Icons
Select a marker category from the dropdown list.

Choose the desired icon from the list on the right.

- Position the marker on the map using your cursor.

- Set icon properties (size, description, wording, color, floor number).

- Click Save.
Using Rulers for Measurements
Step 1: Measuring Needed Fire Flow (NFF):
Select
Measure Property from the
Add dropdown.

- Mark property boundaries by clicking to create boundary points.

- Click NFF in the top right corner.

- Select the involvement level.

- Click Calculate to see results.
Step 2: Measuring Polygons:
- Select Polygon from the Add dropdown.

- Draw the polygon on the map.

- Set polygon details (description, wording, color).

- Click Save.
Adding Property Images
Select
Property Image from the
Add dropdown.

Click the desired image location on the map.
- Upload an image from your device storage.
Completing the Pre-Plan
- Add Internal Remarks (use the watch icon for timestamps).

- Collect the client's signature in the Signatures section.

- Set the date for the next pre-plan in the Next Pre-Plan section.

- Configure email distribution in the Email Report section.

- Review the report and click Submit.

Additional Actions
Access these functions through the three-dots menu at the top of the page:
- Attachments: Add files, photos, or links
- Email Report: Jump to the email configuration section
- Cancel Pre-Plan: Cancel the current pre-plan
