Overview

After verifying all information, proceed with the inspection process:

Documenting Violations

  1. Select the first category for inspection.
  2. Mark violations as OK, Not OK, or n/a.
    • Red violations are mandatory to complete
    • For departments with 'Minor Violations' enabled: Minor violations don't generate re-inspections.
  3. For Not OK violations, expand and complete:
    • Remarks: Notes for the final report.
    • Internal Remarks: Notes for future inspections (not visible on report).
    • Compliance: Verification of compliance requirements.
    • Location and Sub-Location: Where violation was found.
    • Due Date: Deadline for correction.
    • Add photos or documents using the attachments icon.


Notes

If needed, you can duplicate individual violations or entire categories:

  • For individual violations: Click the three-dots menu and select Duplicate
  • For categories: Click Duplicate Category at the top of the Violations section

Recording Time

Track your inspection time using these methods:

Time Tracking

  1. Scroll to the Time Tracking section and click Add.
  2. Complete all fields:
    • Activity: Select your activity type.
    • Time Field: Enter date and time.
    • Duration: Enter activity length.
    • Staff Member: Select who performed the activity.


Notes

For current visits, use the calculator icon next to Staff Member for exact duration.

Visit Summary

  1. Use the calculator icon to calculate the exact visit duration.
  2. Manually add travel time in minutes.

Completing the Inspection

  1. Add final remarks:
    • Remarks: Notes that will appear in the report.
    • Internal Remarks: Comments for future inspections.

  2. Collect signatures:
    • Select the signer's name from the dropdown.
    • Have the signer sign the document.

  3. Verify follow-up details:
    • Check the next inspection date.
    • Click Update Violation Due Dates Accordingly if needed.

  4. Configure email distribution if needed:
    • Mark the Email Report checkbox.
    • Add required email addresses.

  5. Complete any custom fields according to your department's requirements.
  6. Review the report and click Submit Report.
