What is the EPR Help Center?

The EPR Help Center is a place where new and experienced users can come to have access to helpfully Knowledge Base Articles, Training Center for new users, register for upcoming training opportunities, view previous training classes, submit a support ticket and so much more!

How to access and navigate the KB

In the KB or the Knowledge Base, there are many helpful articles that Our Team has created to assist both admins and end-users to answer most questions. If you are unable to find what you are looking for or need more clarification on a topic, please reach out to Our Support Team. 

How to access and navigate the EPR Training Center

The EPR Training Center is a new place where new users can sign up to have access to on demand training and helpful lesson plans for new users. If you would like to have any other accounts added to the EPR Training Center, please contact your Project Manager or Customer success at CSTeam@eprsys.com

How to register for live training classes

EPR FireWorks now has live training sessions every week! For each class, you will find a short description of the objectives that will be covered in this course. If you need extra training or need questions answered, please contact your Project Manager to schedule a one-on-one training session for your department.

How to view previous training classes

Previous live training classes can be located in the Previous EPR Training Section. this section will include a months worth of previous training classes that were taught by our instructors. 

How to submit a Support Ticket

Our Support Team's schedule is Monday- Friday 8am EST. to 5pm EST. Our Team has several different ways that they may contacted depending on the issue that you may be having.

What to Include a Support Ticket

  1. Provide a brief description of what occurred:
    1. When did the issue occur.
    2. Who was the user that the issue happened to.
    3. What type of device that they were on when the issue occurred.
    4. Incident number, Hydrant, Preplan, or Inspection number and location (Address or Name)
  2. Provide any screenshots if you can to allow for faster investigation
  3. If applicable, any ways on how to recreate the issue. 

How to access and post in the EPR Community Section

Within the Community Section of the Help Center, we have created a Community Group where users can ask questions and gain insights from fellow EPR FireWorks family members. The page is moderated by EPR Admins. The Community Page is broken down into several sections:
  1. General- Used for general questions and discussions among other EPR FireWorks users. Both admin and web end user sections have been created.
  2. Enhancement Requests- A place where admins may provide enhancement requests to the EPR FireWorks Moderators. We will then create a ticket for you that will be sent to our Development Team for consideration. 
  3. Administrative- This can used by system admins needing to ask questions about the EPR FireWorks back-office admin section. 
  4. Web End User- This can used by system admins or end users needing to ask questions about the EPR FireWorks web end user section. 

For each forum, please follow these important EPR FireWorks Guidelines:

The EPR FireWorks forum guidelines are essential to ensure constructive and respectful interaction among members. Here are some common principles and rules often included in such guidelines:
  1. Respectful Conduct: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks are not tolerated and the post will be removed.
  2. Relevance: Stay on topic within each discussion thread or forum category. Off-topic discussions can be disruptive.

  3. Quality Contributions: Contribute meaningful and constructive comments. Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or low-effort posts.

  4. Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information without consent.

  5. Moderation: Follow the instructions of moderators. They enforce guidelines and maintain the forum's integrity.

  6. Language: Use clear and appropriate language. Avoid offensive or vulgar language.

  7. Safety: Do not engage in activities that could compromise the security or safety of others.

  8. Reporting: Report any violations of guidelines to moderators promptly. Do not attempt to handle violations yourself.

  9. Updates: Guidelines may be updated periodically. Stay informed about any changes.

These guidelines aim to foster a welcoming and constructive EPR Community where members can engage in meaningful discussions and interactions.
