Add Custom Fields in the ePCR

In the ePCR module, settings, ALS custom Fields

Double click to add topic

Type in the last line to add a new topic

Select the topic from the drop down, then select "New"

Enter the assessment title, then click "Submit"

Modify the assessment value type as needed. Select "new" if you have more assessments to add.

To confirm, go to the mobile app (web). Within the ePCR. 

In custom reports, click the category drop-down, to see your topic.
