Class Descriptions:
Admin Management Overview
Admin Management covers the Admin Backoffice Management module which includes: Department Settings, Address Settings, Staff Settings, Daily Journal, Companies, General.
NFIRS Reporting
The NFIRS Reporting covers the how to on completing an incident report which includes admin incident settings.
Investigations
The Investigations class covers the basic NFPA 921 for Investigations.
LMS Overview
The LMS overview covers the basic setup with knowledge on how to complete/enter an event in the LMS system.
LMS Building the Certification
The LMS building the certification covers the in depth look on how to build out a certification in the LMS system.
Inspection Admin-Setup
The Inspection Admin-Setup covers how to build out the violation list, Occupancy types, Inspection types, and Inspection Assignments.
Inspection End-User
The Inspection End-User covers how to go through an inspection while in the field.
Hydrants Overview
The Hydrant overview covers the setup of the hydrants in the admin back office then will show how to complete a hydrant test in the field.
Inventory & Maintenance Admin-Setup
The Inventory & Maintenance Admin Setup covers a in depth setup of an Inventory check and a Maintenance check.
Inventory & Maintenance End-User
The Inventory & Maintenance End-User covers a walkthrough on how to complete a Inventory and Maintenance check in the Fireworks system.
Workorders Overview
The Workorders overview class covers the admin setup of workorder as well how to complete a workorder from start to finish.
Preplans Overview
The Preplans overview class covers a admin setup of properties and preplans and the end user side of how to complete a preplan.
ePCR End-User/Agency Configuration
The ePCR End-User/Agency Configuration covers the basic admin portion on how to start setting up the ePCR module. We also will cover a walkthrough on how to complete a ePCR report.
ePCR Admin Setup
The ePCR Admin Setup covers an in depth setup of procedures, scenarios, procedure checklists, and Admin setup.
BI Overview
The BI overview class covers exporting reports, charts, basic custom reports and how to schedule those reports for the Administration.
Report Generator Overview
The Report Generator overview class covers an in depth look at the report generator and how to make custom reports for your department.
