Adding hospitals/facilities to send ePCRs

In the ePCR module, select Agency Configuration.

Select the facility tab

The bottom line of the facility name is where you add the facility. Last, click the create/reset button.

Note that the Facility Location Code is critical. You must obtain code and input this information which is mandated by most states. 

This information is also needed to create the Hospital Portal User.

You can confirm the facility is there in the web app, under disposition.
